Delivery

We currently ship across the United Kingdom. Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 working days and typically arrive within 2–4 working days via a tracked service. As soon as your order is on its way, we'll email you a confirmation with tracking so you can follow it to your door.

Subscribe & Save orders are dispatched on the same schedule each time your plan renews. You can pause, reschedule or change the frequency of your subscription at any time from your account.

Our money-back guarantee

Sensitivity is personal, and we want you to feel the difference. If you've brushed daily with S3 Daily Sensitive Toothpaste for 21 days and haven't felt the benefit, get in touch and our team will make it right.

Returns & refunds

If you change your mind, you can return an unopened product within 14 days of delivery for a refund. To start a return, email us at hello@s3sensitivity.com with your order number and we'll guide you through the next steps.

Once we've received and checked your return, we'll process your refund to the original payment method within 5–10 working days. Return postage is the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or faulty.

Damaged or faulty items

If anything arrives damaged or isn't quite right, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@s3sensitivity.com and we'll arrange a replacement or a refund.
