James Mishreki is obsessed with solving problems where healthcare meets everyday life. He is best known for founding Skin + Me, the personalised skincare service that put dermatologist-grade treatment within reach of hundreds of thousands of people from home – a problem he understood first-hand long before he set out to fix it. He went on to found Life Supplies, rethinking the everyday essentials in our bathrooms around sustainability and refills.
His specialism is taking complex healthcare problems – the ones people have quietly accepted as unsolvable – and turning them into simple, science-led products that genuinely work. The pattern is consistent: find a real frustration that millions live with, bring serious science to it, and make the answer effortless to use.
Sensitivity is exactly that kind of problem. One in three people live with it, and most have been told, in effect, that it simply can’t be solved. James co-founded S3 to prove otherwise – pairing the right scientific minds with the three actions sensitive teeth need, and building a brand around results rather than resignation.
