Mick Cox spent ten years at Sensodyne, leading the global team behind some of the most recognised names in sensitivity and enamel care. He helped bring NovaMin – the repair technology inside Repair & Protect – to market, launched Pronamel, and shaped a string of products that changed how the category treats sensitive teeth for millions of people worldwide.
From the inside, he also saw the limit of the model. Most sensitivity products are built around a single active – calming the nerve, or rebuilding enamel, but rarely both at once. For all the category’s success, he came to believe sensitive teeth had never been given the scientific attention
they truly deserved, and that people were quietly settling for partial relief as a result.
So he co-founded S3 to build what he could not from inside a single-active world: a triple-active formula that calms, strengthens and protects together, powered by patent-pending S3 Repair Technology™. After a career spent close to the problem, S3 is where Mick gets to deliver the
